Regalia was delighted to act as Cost Manager for the  construction of a new 2 storey standalone 8 classroom block, using a SIPs structure. Additional works including extensive landscaping, retaining wall structure, MUGA pitch, and a pedestrian bridge to the first floor of the new building. 

Regalia worked closely with the Architect, School and Contractor to deliver a successful project.
