Regalia was delighted to act as Project Manager, Cost Manager and Contract Administrator for the remediation of the external façade to ensure that an EWS1 rating of A2 was obtained. The project was privately funded, to ensure that swift action could be taken, ensuring the residents were not financially affected.
Regalia worked closely with the Fire Engineers to deliver a successful project.
