Regalia was delighted to act as Project Manager, Cost Manager, Contract Administrator and Principal Designer for the preparation of all tender documentation, to ensure that the project could be submitted to the Building Safety Fund (BSF). Following receipt of the tender the project was submitted with a construction cost of £10.6 Million.
Regalia worked closely with Axiom Architects and Vemco Fire Engineering to deliver a successful project.
